About Us
We run the store. IS Agency forms the company.
IS Management LLC is in Kalispell, Montana. We look after stores that already sell. Forming a US company is not part of that work. Our partner, IS Agency, does it.
Who We Are
Organized in October 2025 in the State of Montana, IS Management LLC manages online stores: Shopify, custom-built shops, and other ecommerce platforms.
The work is the store itself. Product pages, orders, updates, and repairs. We do not form companies.
Our partner
IS Agency is our partner for one thing: forming a US company. Write to us, we introduce you, and they take the filing from there. We go back to the store.
Our Values
How the work is split
The live store
We work on the shop that is already selling: products, orders, updates, and repairs.
A written scope
You know what we take on before we touch the store. Extra work is agreed, not assumed.
Any kind of shop
Shopify, a custom-built store, or another ecommerce platform. We start from the one you have.
Company formation
A US company goes to IS Agency. We do not file it, and we do not mix it with the store.
Our Journey
